Born Again Gardens is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
Sterling Levi LLC provides website design and technical support services under contract with Born Again Gardens and processes personal information only as necessary to provide those services.

Guest checkout
Guest checkout details (full name, email, payment amount, and items) are recorded for transaction and accounting purposes. Guest checkout does not create a user account.

We do not store full payment card numbers. Card data is processed directly by Stripe.

We do not currently sell personal information.

Stripe (payment processing)
Supabase (database, authentication, storage infrastructure)

We retain donation and payment records as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
If you delete your account, we remove your profile and preferences. We may retain certain information where required by law or necessary for legitimate recordkeeping.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
